Privacy, Reimagined

Being surrounded by nature has always brought me immense joy. Whether I'm camping, hiking, swimming, surfing or simply exploring somewhere new, I like having the right gear along for the adventure.

But during a spring hike far from any restroom facilities, I had a realization: there was one piece of gear I really needed — and didn't have.

I went home and searched everywhere for something portable that could give me privacy outdoors without taking up a ton of space. I couldn't find what I was looking for, so I decided to create it myself.

And Willow Pod™ was born.

What began as a simple solution for bathroom privacy quickly became so much more. I realized Willow Pod could provide a private space for changing at a campsite, beach or boat, taking a camp shower, getting out of a wetsuit after surfing, changing wardrobe on a film or photo set, creating a sensory space, handling personal care needs and countless other situations where a little privacy can make a big difference.

Today, Willow Pod is a patented, multi-use privacy shelter designed to be incredibly easy to take with you. It weighs approximately 1 pound and collapses to about the size of a dinner plate, making it easy to tuck into a backpack, purse, beach bag, vehicle, camper or boat until you need it.

It's a small piece of gear with a whole lot of possibilities, and I'm thrilled to share something I created with fellow adventurers and anyone who could use a little more privacy on the go.
