Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy

We want ordering your Willow Pod to be simple and straightforward. Please review the following information before placing your order.

Shipping

Orders are prepared and shipped to the address provided during checkout.

Order Processing: 1-5 business days

Shipping Area: Currently shipping within the United States. International shipping on my Etsy Page: https://alphabluestudio.etsy.com

Shipping costs and available delivery options will be displayed during checkout when applicable.

Once an order has shipped, delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, and other circumstances outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We hope you love your Willow Pod. If it isn't right for you, eligible purchases may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return and refund, your Willow Pod must be:

Returned within 30 days of delivery
Unused
Undamaged
In new and resalable condition
Returned with all original components and accessories

Please contact us at amber@thewillowpod.com before returning your product so we can provide return instructions and the appropriate return shipping address.

Products returned used, damaged, incomplete, altered, or otherwise not in new and resalable condition may not qualify for a refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of returning products to Willow Pod unless the product received was incorrect, damaged, or defective.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an incorrect, damaged, or defective product.

We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service when returning your Willow Pod. Willow Pod cannot be held responsible for products that are lost or damaged during return shipping.

Please do not send a return without contacting us first for return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned Willow Pod, we will inspect it to confirm that it meets the return requirements outlined above.

For approved returns, we will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the date we receive the returned product. Your refund will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original order, and you will not incur any fees from Willow Pod for the reimbursement.

Please note that your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

We are unable to issue a refund until the returned product has been received or confirmed as delivered to us.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your Willow Pod when it arrives.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us promptly at amber@thewillowpod.com with your order number and photographs of the product and packaging when possible.

We will work with you to resolve the issue and determine the appropriate replacement, refund, or other solution. Customers will not be responsible for return shipping costs when a return is required because we sent an incorrect, damaged, or defective product.
